My Bargain Bin, LLC Drop Shipping Program Unlike other wholesalers that offer drop shipping, we never charge a membership fee or service charge to use our service. We only ask that you supply us with some basic contact info and agree to our terms listed below. Complete instructions will be provided at the end of this email. Here is how our program works: " You may market any of our products to your customers and set the price you want to receive for the items. It is your responsibility to accurately describe the products. " When you make a sale, your customer will pay you directly for the merchandise plus your shipping & handling charges. Shipping charges have been averaging 10-15% of purchase price. Small quantities will be at a higher percentage rate. Minimum shipping is $5.75. Shipping is FOB New Castle DE - zip code - 19720. All orders shipped UPS. We need physical addresses only. No Post Office Boxes please. " You will place the order with us using our online shopping cart. You will enter the items and quantities your customer has ordered and then proceed to the checkout. You will enter your customer's name, address and phone number on the "ship to" information page. In the box provided for sending messages, you will type "drop ship order". On the next page you will enter your billing info including name, billing address, your phone number and email address along with your credit card payment information. " We will bill your credit card for the order, email the invoice to you instead of including it in the package, and label the package with a generic return address using "Distribution Center" as the company name. " You will provide your customer with an invoice containing your company's information and sell prices and the profit is yours to keep with no prior investment on your part. We do the work - you make the profit. That's as easy as it gets! Terms and Conditions: Due to the unique nature of our business, we do have a few simple conditions that you must agree to before you can place drop ship orders with us. They are pretty simple and straightforward but they are required so please read them carefully before proceeding. " Drop shipping with us is a free service that we offer but it is not a guaranteed service. We reserve the right to cancel Drop Shipping Privileges at any time for any reason or for no reason at all. It is a privilege that is offered solely at our discretion. " Since many of our products are closeouts or "one time deals", we cannot guarantee availability of items. If you have specific items that you would like to market please contact us at dropship@mybargainbin.com and inquire about our stock on hand and our ability to get more of the items that interest you. " Since many of our products are closeouts, we do not allow returns unless an item is defective. We offer samples of all of our products and we suggest that you order samples to determine for yourself whether a product is suitable for your needs before purchasing in larger quantities. " Any claims for damage or shortage must be made within 48 hours of receipt - no exceptions. All boxes and packaging must be retained and made available for UPS's inspection before claims will be honored. " At this time, we will only drop ship to customers in the 50 United States. UPS requires air shipment to Alaska and Hawaii so please keep this in mind when adding shipping charges to your customer's order. " We cannot guarantee that your customers will not find us through our marketing programs. However, we will not directly solicit your customers through information provided in your orders.
